More Than a Book

This new software package is more than a book. It gives all necessary information to generate the code-compliant response spectra. It is an excellent reference and teaching aid for civil, structural, and earthquake engineers. Unlike books written on the subject that give you merely the information, RESPECTRUM works for you and generates the response spectrum you want. It calculates all the relevant parameters and displays them with explanations and tables right in front of you on the screen.

Exports Ready-to-go Data

It exports “ready-to-go” data files for structural analysis software packages like GTSTRUDL, SAP2000, STADD III, STADD.Pro software packages. The exported file has the response spectrum applied to a simple 3-D frame structure for educational purpose. It also generates a CSV format data file for the response spectrum curve that can be merged to the input data file of any other structural analysis software package.
